Do your physiotherapists speak English?
Yes. Several of our therapists are fluent in English. When booking online, you can request an English-speaking physiotherapist. We also have staff who speak French and Arabic.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. In Spain, you can visit a physiotherapist directly without a referral (prescripción médica). Simply book online and come to your appointment.
How much does a session cost?
Session prices vary by service and duration. You can check current prices when booking online. We also offer multi-session voucher packs (bonos) with discounts.
Do you accept private health insurance?
We work with most major private health insurers in Spain (Adeslas, Sanitas, Mapfre, etc.). Contact us to confirm your specific insurer and coverage.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any medical reports, imaging (X-rays, MRI), and a list of medications you take. Wear comfortable clothing. If you have private insurance, bring your card.
