Frequently Asked Questions
Do your physiotherapists speak English?
Yes. Several of our therapists are fluent in English. When booking online, you can request an English-speaking physiotherapist. We also have staff who speak French and Arabic.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. In Spain, you can visit a physiotherapist directly without a referral (prescripción médica). Simply book online and come to your appointment.
How much does a session cost?
50-minute session: 50 €. 5-session pack: 225 € (45 € per session). 10-session pack: 400 € (40 € per session). Other treatments have their own price, shown when you book online.
Do you accept private health insurance?
We do not bill insurers directly. You pay for the session and we give you an invoice to claim reimbursement, if your policy covers it.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any medical reports, imaging (X-rays, MRI), and a list of medications you take. Wear comfortable clothing. If you want to claim the session from your insurer, ask us for an invoice.
